These terms cover your use of doorprompts.com and any DoorPrompts digital products ("DoorPrompts", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Free prompts and calculators
You may copy, adapt and use the free prompts for your own personal or business work, including work for clients, at no cost and without attribution. You may not republish the library as a whole or in substantial part (for example as your own prompt collection, course or app content) without our written permission.
No professional advice
Calculators provide estimates for educational purposes only, based on the inputs and assumptions shown on each page. Prompts generate drafts. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, lending, accounting, investment or financial advice, and no professional relationship is created. Laws on leasing, fair housing, security deposits, late fees, notices, screening and lending vary by state and city and change over time. Consult a qualified professional before acting.
AI output is your responsibility
AI assistants can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every AI-generated draft before you use or send it, for complying with fair housing, consumer protection, privacy and communication laws (including texting and email consent rules), and for what you paste into third-party AI tools.
Digital products
- License. When you buy a DoorPrompts product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for you and the employees of one business to use and adapt it internally. You may not resell, share publicly, sublicense or republish the product or substantial parts of it.
- Checkout. Purchases are processed by a third-party checkout provider acting as merchant of record. Its terms apply to payment, taxes and receipts.
- Delivery. Products are delivered digitally (download link and email) right after purchase.
- Refunds. If a product isn't useful for you, email contact@doorprompts.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Updates and pricing. We may update products and change prices at any time. Price changes don't affect completed purchases.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site or our content to discriminate against anyone, to harass or mislead people, to break the law, or to disrupt or overload the site (including automated scraping that degrades service).
Our content
The site design, text, prompts, calculators and products are owned by DoorPrompts and protected by copyright, except for the use rights granted above. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Copilot and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. DoorPrompts is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to third-party websites and works with third-party AI tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer
The site, content and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoorPrompts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state where DoorPrompts operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
