Privacy policy

DoorPrompts ("we", "us") runs doorprompts.com, a free library of AI prompts and real estate calculators. This policy explains what information we handle and why. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell personal information, and most of what you do on the site never leaves your browser.

What stays in your browser

Calculator inputs and the values you type into prompt variables are processed entirely in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored by us. Copying a prompt doesn't send it anywhere.

Information we receive

• Hosting and security logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Email you send us. If you email contact@doorprompts.com, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it to reply, fix errors you report, or send the launch notice you asked for.
• Newsletter. The newsletter hasn't launched. When it does, subscribing will store your email address with our email service provider, used only to send DoorPrompts emails. Every email will include a one-click unsubscribe link. We'll update this policy to name the provider before we collect any signups.
• Purchases. Paid products (like the Leasing Inbox Agent Pack) are sold through a third-party checkout provider that acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax and receipts. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver the product and provide support and refunds. We never receive or store your full card number.

Analytics and cookies

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use cross-site tracking. If we add analytics, we'll use a privacy-focused, cookie-free service that counts page views without identifying individuals, and we'll update this policy first. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.

How we use information

Only to run the site, answer messages, deliver purchases, send emails you asked for, and keep the site secure. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers described above or when required by law.

AI tools you use

When you paste a prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another AI assistant, that provider's privacy policy applies, not ours. Don't paste tenant, applicant or client information you aren't permitted to share, and remove sensitive details (like Social Security or bank account numbers) before using any AI tool.

Retention

We keep emails and order records only as long as needed to provide support, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails, by writing to contact@doorprompts.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor valid requests.

Children

DoorPrompts is intended for adults working in real estate. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on the site.
